KISS ROOM TESTIMONIAL

I was late to the party when it came to KISS Facebook groups and podcasts. I joined Facebook in 2009, but my life at that time was so busy and chaotic, that I rarely even logged into Facebook. Shoot ahead to June 2014 and things had settled down and that's when I discovered THE KISS ROOM. It was really exciting to find out that there was this whole community of KISS fans out there and I was so impressed with Matt Porter and his show.  I was instantly hooked.

From the amazing interviews with people like Coach Jim Neff to having the guys from Rock And Roll Over in studio to play sets (as well as that spectacular KISS ROOM HOUSE BAND™ that gets more amazing with every show!) to spotlighting the trip to the New Jersey KISS Expo, THE KISS ROOM always delivers the goods.

I remember when XM Satellite Radio and Sirius first launched and thinking how cool it would be for KISS to have its own channel, not only to play all KISS music, but also for all the cool things that THE KISS ROOM does as well. To my knowledge, that STILL has not happened with Sirius.

Now, after three years of listening to THE KISS ROOM, it has become like church for me. Its the monthly gathering of KISS fans and the celebration of all things related. And THE KISS ROOM inspired me to create KISS WORLD, both the Facebook group and the podcast. Its a fantastic way to meet and become friends with other KISS fans and its an avenue to pay tribute to my favorite band. 2017 marks 30 years for me as a KISS fan. Its clearly in my blood. (KISS BLOOD!) And I am grateful to be a part of the KISS community, filled with so many talented and amazing people.

Its that very thing that puts KISS in a category all by themselves. So to Matt Porter and the crew, thank you for all that you do and for being an inspiration to other KISS fans.
