What time is it in THE KISS ROOM?

As you know, THE KISS ROOM broadcasts LIVE and WORLDWIDE once per month from 3-5 PM Eastern Standard Time via Montco Radio.

I know that a lot of you download the show and listen later, but I WANT YOU to tune in LIVE on December 14th for THE KISS ROOM "KISSmas Special"!

We will be giving away some cool KISS stuff LIVE on the air and you can call in to WIN, but only if you are listening LIVE! We will be doing some fun KISS "name that tune" and trivia games, playing tons of KISS music and closing out 2012 with this KISS Super Special.

So the question is: What time will it be for YOU? Where are you listening? If it's 3 o'clock here in THE KISS ROOM, what time is it in ILLINOIS, or GLASGOW, UK or AUSTRALIA or CALIFORNIA?

... and save them to a KISS USB Flash Drive!

I found this today at the Radio Shack.

They had a "DEMON" and a "STARCHILD"... no "CATMAN" or "SPACEMAN"... and yes... they are a tad pricey at 20 bucks for an 8MB Flash Drive... but still... they're PERFECT for storing your awesome collection of KISS podcasts!

All they need is a Phantom of the Park "werewolf" that says "They all loose their heads over you, Paul" when you pull the top off.

KISS MASK Flashback!

CHECK IT OUT!

You've all heard "Super Fan" Andy's KISS KRUISE KOMMENTARY segments on THE KISS ROOM, but who knew that Andy and KISS MASK creator Frank Hagan already had a connection that goes back to the early days of KISS fanzines?

Back in 1987, Frank Hagan, co-host of THE KISS ROOM, created his KISS MASK fanzine, self-publishing the 'zine which included Frank's exclusive interviews with Eric Carr, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Bruce Kulick, Eddie Kramer and Bill Aucoin.

Back in 1989, KISS MASK ran a contest to win an autographed picture of Eric Carr and the winner... "Super Fan" Andy Moyen!

Andy has the Eric Carr photo on his wall and recently sent us pics of the original postcard that he recieved from Frank.

KISS MASK continues online at kissmaskwebzine.blogspot.com and was featured on page 78 of the hardcover KISS book, THE ULTIMATE KISS FANZINE PHENOMENON (1976-2009).

God Gave Rock and Roll to You!

I've gotten several e-mails asking about the versions of GOD GAVE ROCK AND ROLL TO YOU and ROCK AND ROLL ALL NITE that closed the November episode of THE KISS ROOM.

Both songs are from the ROCK THE NATION tour and they were recorded live at the TWEETER WATERFRONT in Camden, NJ, July 13, 2004.

I wish they would offer those "Instant Live" cds again. Very cool.
